Roofing
Commercial roofing repairs and replacements
No matter what type of business you own, your building’s roof plays a key role in your business. And while it might not be the first thing on your mind, it’s vital to your day to day operations. That’s why we’re here. We understand the technical specifications and structural requirements of all commercial buildings. We also know that it’s not always possible to shut down an office or retail building for roof repairs. Time is money, and we won’t waste either of yours. We complete all roofing installations and repairs on a schedule that works with your business to minimize disruption.
As professional commercial roofing contractors in New England, we have reroofed and repaired all types of buildings, including historical and preserved structures. From single-story retail buildings to large office parks and multi-story residential and commercial mixed use space, we provide an accurate commercial roof assessment and work with the building owners and tenants for new roof installations and roof maintenance or repairs.
We repair, replace and install all types of commercial and industrial roofs, from rubber (EPDM) on flat or low-slope roofs to copper, metal and shingles on high slope roofs using only top quality materials from GAF, Certainteed, RPI Drexel metal and Carlisle Syn Tec systems. In addition, we follow all OSHA requirements and employ only certified roofers.

The Herrick House is an assistant living residence with approximately 90 private apartments within a four story building. In May 2012, the maintenance director called Presto to bid on painting the facility. They had just won a grant from the state of Massachusetts and wanted to put the funds in good use.

Princeton Properties owns over 6000 apartments in the states of MA, NH, ME & GA. They needed a company that had expertise in not only painting, but carpentry and roofing as well. When they needed a company that they could trust and help maintain their Salem, Lowell & Lawrence buildings, they looked to Presto.

In 2011 Ryder truck rental hired Presto to paint the interior of their Peabody facility a single color. The manager at the time was very happy with the workmanship. In 2013, Ryder was ready for a new look. They wanted to add some color to the exterior and interior of their facilities. Their top priority was timing.
First Church of Wenham

- Exterior Painting
The First Church of Wenham, built in 1644, is a picturesque white steepled building overlooking the village green. Atop sits a tower bell which is a community landmark. In 2011, Presto was among one of the few companies that were called upon to bid on the painting of this historic site. Our expertise in historical building renovations led to us being awarded the project.
